An installer is an employee or sub contractor that does the installation job. Assign Installers to Work Orders
View a list of Installers by navigating to the Field Management module and Click Installers
Toggle to the Calendar button to see the Installers schedule
Click on the Installer’s profile to see their information
a. There is a Store field in the overview section that allows one store to be chosen. This is the installers ‘default’ store.
Click on Schedule to view only theirs
Adding Installers to multiple stores
To add additional stores for the installer to work out of, go to the Pricing page of the Installer contact record, and “Add Location”
c. You don’ have to enter pricing information here if you’re simply adding them to another store.
