How to lookup past history for a customer

Option 1

From the contact record, you can view a full history for each customer.

Quotations and Sales Orders each have their own tabs with list views

If you’re looking for a Sales Order, open the Sales Order Tabon Sales Orders tab

This list view shows a complete history of Sales Orders with the ability to narrow down by installation date, unit #, and Total $

From Sales Order List View

Open the Sales Order list View

Search by Customer Name

There are additional filters you can add to narrow down the search results

Sorting table columns can also be useful to find a specific unit #
