Categories and Sub-Categories are used to organize your catalog into more distinctive groups, such as ‘Carpet’ and ‘Pad’. In order to start creating products and services, we first need to add at least one category.

Field Explanations:
Prefix: these are numbers that we can use later for reporting purposes and to save space when needed
Scope ID: The scope ID is used to abbreviate the category, so Field Management users can get a quick view of the categories & quantities on each work order, without having to open each one.
