Summary
Dyno-Pest has a website quote form which redirects to a thank you page with an image upload form. After submitting the form customers receive a confirmation email which also links to image upload form. Automation is setup to instantly add new form leads to the CRM + watch for any uploaded images and match them to same lead (using UUID).
There is a separate image upload form which is not on website menu but can be sent manually. This form omits the pest selection questions in the quote form as can use AI in backend to classify the uploaded images and assign specific pest. After submitting images and contact details a confirmation email is sent + lead is immediately created in CRM.
Automation is setup so new calls and new form submissions are instantly added to the CRM. Additionally, SMS messages containing links are sent to missed inbound calls.
There are also two content marketing tools: an AI pest image identifier and a pest library which both funnel potential leads to the quote form.

This should then ask are there any pests of specific concern. Ladybirds need to disappear. Biting insects, textile pests, stored product insects, fox prevention, need to be added to commercial.
