What an inspiring first week of our "Our Roots Run Deep" campaign. Your stories and responses remind us how deeply the Freight matters to our community.

I'm here in one of our education spaces, where some of our most important work happens. Every week, these rooms fill with students of all ages, discovering the joy of music and carrying forward cherished traditions.

Next week, you'll hear from our Education Director, PC Muñoz, about the transformative power of music education at the Freight. From our flagship Golden State of Song program to our community chorus, we're creating opportunities for everyone to experience the magic of music.

Your support makes all of this possible. Every contribution helps ensure these spaces remain filled with learning, growth, and harmony. As we continue our campaign, I invite you to think about what music education means to you and our community.
