A way to assign points based on relative priority.
Facilitator Instructions
1) Add priorities:
Add relevant priorities you want the team to assign points to
2) Set points:
Similar to
100-Dollar Challenge
, provide the total point value for each team member to use.
3) Allocate points
: Each team member adds all the priorities and assigns points and notes for each priority
4) Review results:
See everyone’s point allocation to see which priorities they care about the most
