Platform structure

The end-to-end process of collecting data consists of four main modules: Admin, State lead, PFMO and Analytics.

Admin module

In the Admin module, admin staff can add PFMOs, State Leads and other users, add PHCs and other relevant data and set permissions.

State Lead module

This module allows the State Leads oversee and support PFMOs, assign and reassign PFMOs to specific facilities, review, comment on and approve data submitted by PFMOs.

PFMO module

This is utilized by the PFMOs to streamline recording and reviewing data for their assigned PHCs, and to submit data and escalate issues to their respective State Leads.

Analytics

The analytics module is integrated across all user levels—National and sub-national oversight, State Leads and PFMOs—providing each with custom interactive dashboards and enabling users to track performance indicators, identify trends and make decisions based on the data collected.
