This document contains potential growth experiments that we can run on the growth team
1. Referral Program
Hypothesis:
By incentivizing existing partners to refer other potential founders, Atomic can tap into a trusted network and acquire new partnerships at a lower cost.
Test:
Setup: Implement a referral program where existing partners can refer potential founders to Atomic.
Incentive: Offer benefits such as extended mentorship sessions, access to exclusive resources, or even financial rewards for successful referrals.
Duration: Run the program for 3-6 months to gather sufficient data.
Measurement:
Track the number of referrals received.
Monitor the conversion rate of referred leads.
Calculate the cost of acquisition through referrals compared to other channels.
Iteration:
Based on results, refine the incentives, promote the program more aggressively, or target specific segments of partners for better results.
2. Online Community
Hypothesis:
Creating an online platform for founders to discuss ideas and challenges will foster a sense of community, increase engagement, and position Atomic as a thought leader.
Test:
Setup: Launch an online forum or community platform. Promote it to existing partners and through Atomic's channels.
Engagement: Organize regular discussions, AMAs (Ask Me Anything) with industry experts, and share resources.
Duration: Monitor engagement and feedback for 4-6 months.
Measurement:
Track active members and engagement metrics (posts, comments, shares).
Monitor the number of new partnerships or leads generated from the community.
Gather feedback from members on the value they derive from the community.
Iteration:
Based on feedback, introduce new features, organize more events, or segment the community into specialized groups for more targeted discussions.
