Task:

Produce a site plan, floor plans and full permit set documents (including building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc.) for a renovation.

Existing floor plans

Ground floor (4ft above soil level)

Original floor plan not available, but only change is that the bathroom pictured below does not exist, room 4 is bigger and was the previous kitchen.

Proposed changes to Original structure:

Ground floor (4ft above soil level)

Bathroom added inside room 4 (old kitchen)

New kitchen will be open plan with the living room.

Second floor (3 Bedrooms + 3 bathrooms)

Proposed Addition to the back of house:

Ground floor (Add three bedrooms with en-suite to ground floor). Bedrooms will be sunk into earth (floor is below soil level at slab foundation)

Second floor: Bedroom with en-suite and Kitchenette / Living Dining area. The space above Bedroom 6 and Bathroom 5+6 become an outdoor patio. over a flat roof.
