Once your membership application is approved, you'll receive login credentials within one business day. This gives you immediate access to our entire solutions catalog, documentation, and community resources.
Your membership includes basic implementation guidance for all solutions in our catalog. For more extensive support or custom development work beyond the scope of our existing solutions, additional professional services fees may apply. We'll always provide clear pricing before proceeding with any extra work.
Yes! Members can submit custom development requests through our Idea Portal. These requests are evaluated based on general community benefit and resources required. If a request is specific to your credit union, we offer options to either fully fund the development or co-sponsor it with other interested members to share costs.
Memberships are annual with automatic renewal. We'll send a reminder 30 days before your renewal date with an option to update your information or make changes to your membership. If your credit union's asset size has changed, the renewal price will reflect the appropriate tier.
Each membership includes one relationship owner and UNLIMITED user access for your team. These can be assigned to different departments such as IT, compliance, lending, etc. Collaboration is the foundation of what we do!
CUSpire operates with 3 license types. Depending on the solution, different licensing applies. Community access solutions and Sponsor Access solutions are available to the credit union.

Sponsor Access (Source Available: Perpetual Internal Use)Perpetual internal use rights for sponsoring credit unions, with full access to the source and no redistribution to third parties to sell.Available as Member Access for other CUSpire credit unions.Only used for solutions paid for as “Custom Solutions”2. Member Access (Source Available: Active Membership Required)Full internal access while membership is active, including updates, with use ending if the membership lapses.Applies to less than 30% of delivered solutions. Idea Portal
The idea portal is the engine and backbone of CUSpire. Many vendors offer a solutions to make a product or to sell access to a SaaS offering of said service. CUSpire is similar as we provide solutions and some are not available if you do not renew.
Solution Catalog
Curated documentation, training, images and more! Every idea has its day and gets delivered to the community. The solutions catalog is the candy store of CUSpire. Members have access to EVERY solution available in the catalog. Our membership investment is to maintain, build and enhance the solutions.

Coda Io
Coda is where we come together! Solutions and Ideas are partially visible to the public. Comments, voting, discussions, solutions and new ideas are gated to the community.
Invite one or many of your staff to submit ideas and review training on solutions. CUSpire prioritizes video training for all solutions and options!
Discussion Forums
SMUG (And especially the SMUG Archives) are amazing resources. Several other vendors have similar groups and areas, but many are email based and do not centralize knowledge and discussion. We want to allow open communication, collaboration and growth together. Have a great vendor, tell us! Have a question? ASK! Need BSA help? (Well, maybe not that one!)

Alex is a seasoned technology leader with over 13 years of experience working in the credit union industry and several years serving on a small credit union Board of Directors. He has held various positions and duties including software development, IT management, and strategic planning. With additional experience over Lending, Operations, Project Management, Branches and Accounting, his experience allows for unparalleled perspective.
Alex is passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency in credit unions. As the founder of CUSpire, he is dedicated to fostering a cooperative environment where credit unions can collaborate to build better solutions together.

Onboarding Super Pack
Capacity is sometimes limited to implement solutions. CUSpire staff already meets for an onboarding session and monthly with members, but add hours to onboard existing solutions into your systems!
Note: Documentation, training and code are already included. This may also be added up to 15 days after the onboarding session and is available once and expires after 12 months.
Monthly Office Hours
Sometime just having guidance and a helping hand is all you need. In addition to a monthly community meetup and an optional half-hour check-in, you can get more help!
