What You'll Do:
Sales Outreach: Manage the entire sales cycle, from cold calls to closing deals, with real estate professionals and property managers.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Operations Support: Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to help us refine our sales strategies and improve our product.
CRM Mastery: Utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads, ensuring efficient follow-up and communication.
What We’re Looking For:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Excel is a plus.
