Conclusion
The extent of committed capital provided by these experienced and professional investors in the last 4 months is a very strong validation of the substance and future of Tintra’s model and execution plans.
Due to its listing on the London Stock Exchange, we suggest that QFCRA considers the assurance provided by Tintra’s good standing as a PLC (public listed company), managed and directed by a team of highly qualified individuals, to the levels of disclosure, governance and compliance required by the LSE and the UK Companies Act.
In regulating Tintra, the QFC is in good company given the rigour of being listed on two of the world’s major stock markets and also being regulated in the UK. As a result, our application to QFC is not presented by one or more individuals, but a listed company as a whole. We respectfully request that QFCRA consider Tintra’s application in that capacity.
