Introduction:

Consciously Concepted operates as a purpose-driven L3C (Low-profit Limited Liability Company) with an integrated governance approach that combines traditional business management with decentralized, community-driven collaboration. Our governance framework ensures alignment with our mission of conscious evolution while leveraging the innovative and participatory principles of the Conscious Creator DAO (C2DAO), represented by the Gaian Heart Collective.

1.1. Hybrid Leadership:

Gaian Heart Collective (C2DAO): Operates with decentralized leadership, where decision-making authority is distributed among community members. Leadership roles emerge based on contribution and expertise, and key decisions are made through community voting and consensus-building.

L3C Decision-Making: Strategic and operational decisions are made by the executive leadership team in consultation with the L3C Board. Major changes to the mission or operational structure require a supermajority (⅔) vote by the board.

C2DAO Voting: Members hold governance tokens that grant them voting rights. Voting tokens are used to decide on proposals, project directions, and other significant matters. Voting is conducted through a decentralized mechanism, ensuring transparency and equity.
