Must we Suffer in order to grow and be able to reach a state of inner peace as well as global peace?
Humanity’s Relationship with Peace Let us reflect on humanity’s connection to the idea of peace. For many, peace is often equated with fleeting moments of relief—a break from the relentless demands of daily life. This surface-level peace is reactive, arising when external pressures temporarily subside, but it does not address the root causes of discontent or chaos.
True inner peace, however, is not conditional. It is our natural baseline, a harmonious state of being that aligns with the emotion of contentment. This deeper peace emerges not from external circumstances but from within, when we are in balance with ourselves and the world around us.
The Suppression of Life Force As long as humanity's vital life force remains suppressed—whether by societal structures, environmental degradation, or a disconnection from our inherent unity—global peace will remain out of reach. Peace cannot thrive in a world where individuals and communities are severed from their authentic power, innate worth, and intrinsic interconnection with all life.
The Path Forward Achieving global peace requires more than the absence of conflict; it demands a collective awakening. By reconnecting to the living life force within and building infrastructures that support its free flow, we create the conditions for lasting peace—both within and across the planet.
True global peace emerges from the liberation of our inner worlds, as individuals awaken to their authentic power, innate worth, and intrinsic interconnection with all life.
