Instructions

Clear Sample Data: Start by removing any sample data in the template and leaving it blank for your own entries.
Date: Record the date for each entry to track progress over time.
Meal/Snack: For each meal and snack, write down what you ate, including main ingredients or any specific foods that stand out.
Liquids: Document all liquids consumed, including water, herbal teas, juices, or other detox beverages.
Physical/Emotional Responses: Note any immediate or delayed physical or emotional responses you observe, such as changes in energy levels, mood, digestion, or cravings.
