By consistently logging your internal responses, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your body’s unique needs, how different practices influence your state of mind, and how each chakra is affected.

Instructions

Clear Sample Data: Remove any sample data in the template and leave it blank for your own entries.
Date: Record the date for each entry to track your emotional and physical progress over time.
Emotion/Bodily Sensation: Describe any specific emotions or physical sensations you’re experiencing, such as tension, calmness, joy, or fatigue.
Possible Trigger/Influence: Note any recent activities, foods, supplements, or environmental factors that might have influenced your emotions or bodily sensations.
