When the “Video Source Selection” button is pressed, 4 new sections will appear (the “Main Volume” and “Ceiling Mics” options are on the Video Source Selection, Audio Controls, and Camera Controls menus).

Video Sources

AirMedia/HDMI Jack

This is for bringing a laptop or other device into the room and displaying it onto the main screens.

Room PC

Press this button to use the PC already in the room as the display source

None (Displays Off)

Press this button to turn off video sources and displays, but still allow for the room’s audio to be used.

Mississippi Room

Overflow On and Overflow Off

If there are too many participants for one room, turning this option on will link the Graham Event Center and the Mississippi Room together. The Graham Event Center will become the head, and its controls will override the Mississippi Room’s controls and settings.
