Priority Configurations
Create Webhooks
Follow this path:
System Management > System Maintenance > Periodic Maintenance > BPM Maintenance > Webhook Definitions>New.
2 webhooks need to be added:
Add a Custom Column
Go to: System Management → Generators → Tables → Column Generator → Add Column
In table name type: INVOICES
in the sub menu below, fill the following values:
Column Name: COMP_TAX_STATUS
Type: CHAR
Width: 60
Title: Sales Tax Status
Decimal Precision: 0
Click anywhere else in the screen to create the new column.
Add the Column to the Relevant Forms
Go to System Management → Generators → Forms → Form Generator
Add the new column to 2 forms
1) CINVOICES
2) INVOICESTOTAL
Form Column Name - COMP_TAX_STATUS
Column Name & Table Name should be updated automatically.
When finished, click somewhere in the first menu and click on “Prepare Form”
Add Status
Go to:
Create new Status and change color to purple:
Create Business Rules
Multi-Shipment Invoices
Follow this path:
Financials → Accounts Receivable → Customer Invoices → Multi-Shipment Invoices → Multi-Shipment Invoices
From there, click on Automations → Define Business Rules → New
Enter the following settings:
Rule Description: Trigger for Complyt's Sales Tax Engine - {{CLIENT_NAME}}
<<Invoice>>
<<Tax Code>>
<<Debit/Credit>>
<<Customer Number>>
OR
<<Tax Code>>
<<Debit/Credit>>
<<Cust. Name>>
<<Customer No.>>
<<Invoice No.>>
Make sure they are update both in Hebrew and English
Customers
Follow this path: CRM → Customers → Customers
From there, click on Automations → Define Business Rules → New
Enter the following settings:
Rule Description: Trigger for Complyt's Sales Tax Engine - {{CLIENT_NAME}}
Create New Tax Code & New Tax Account
Go to Taxes, follow this screenshoot:
Fill the following setting:
Tax Code: 818
Description: US Sales Tax - Complyt Engine
In the sub-menu choose all the tax codes (except Tax Exemption) and set the tax rate of each to 1% .
Then, open Chart of Accounts by clicking on the small page just at the right of the Account No. field.

How to get the URL for API call
Not Supported on mac - Ask someone with Windows
Login to the correct environment go to System Management → System Maintenance → Users → Send Program Activation Link.
Go to the correct environment and go to Send Program Activation Link.
Choose API → Email address
We might have to download and install priority plugin. You will see the link in Priority in messages (will be prompted upon login)
