Manual Sales Tax

Complyt is a powerful sales tax tool. However, there might be times when you prefer to manually overwrite the tax rate that Complyt has calculated. You can use the “Manual Sales Tax Rate” column to do this. This manual rate will then be saved on the relevant invoice in Complyt’s platform for US Sales Tax Filings.

This message appears if you have manually entered a sales tax rate for at least one line item.
Note: The tax rate is NOT calculated by Complyt. The tax rate is provided by you and is saved in your Complyt platform.

Enter the desired tax rate in the “Manual Sales Tax Rate” column.

👎 | Don’t Want to Use a Custom Rate?

Simply remove any value in the “Manual Sales Tax Rate” column.
