Having this request feedback form on the doc - such a neat idea!

Minor typo in a few places - after the link for “Asynchronous Workshops” Also could be fun to suggest a few exercises for the moderator. For example, they can send out a form before the exercise soliciting ideas for topics, and then have voting on that table for folks to weigh in on some of the workshop agenda.
