During the mission there was a miscommunication between operators, and two teams (mine included) flew at the same alt. AGL for our mission. This almost resulted in a mid-air collision but was able to be prevented due to our observant VO’s. Also ended up doing two flights, with different grid patterns even though the only one that was required was the Parallel ‘lawn mower’ grid. That was completely on accident but notable none the less.
