Believer Familiarization - Oct. 3rd, 2025
Overview / Process
To start off, we gathered the Believer set and divided the work to ensure equal contribution across all members of the group. Unpacking the Believer set we noticed that the last group that packed away our set didn’t do a very good job and some of wing tips were bent and broken. It’s essential to be gentle with the foam because of how brittle it is! Diego and I figured that out when we were building the Believer and trying to push parts together. Sometimes that parts were very snug and we were very careful to go slow and figure out any solution that could bring a successful build! For example, when installing the right and left wings, the carbon fiber rods were really tight, so we had to twist them while applying press to the wings to get them set. Something like this may seem small but if we just went into it think we were going to force the wings on it could’ve snaped them entirely! The build went very well and documented really well also! Only problem with syncing the tables from the group CODA page is that the table that they wanted us to use doesn’t allow pictures to be shown across coda pages. So, when it comes to grading all the breakdowns, for picture assembly, will be on the group coda page.
