Seven C's of Communication

Welcome to another Communication Tip Tuesday! We have seven short and sweet tips today.
It’s important for our messages to be clear and effective. To help with that it’s best to remember the Seven C's:
1. Clear: Make your message easy to understand and be straightforward. 2. Concise: Be brief. Stick to the point and avoid unnecessary details. 3. Concrete: Provide facts and clear details. 4. Correct: Use proper grammar and check for accuracy in your messages. 5. Coherent: Ensure your message is well-organized. 6. Complete: Provide all necessary information so the receiver has everything they need. 7. Courteous: Be polite and respectful.
Using these Seven C’s will help your communication skills and ensure your messages are effective and easy to understand. ​
