Making the Most of the Staff Directory
**This message is sent to all Oneida Staff. **
Good morning Oneida Team,
We have a short, sweet, and easy communication tip for you today! Are you making the most of our Staff Directory? Here are some simple tips on how to use it effectively:
Head over to our employee portal at . You'll find a button that says “Search Directory” - click it to take you to the staff directory.
Looking for a specific person? Click on the “Search People ”and. Type in the name, and hit enter. You'll have their contact details at your fingertips. If you unsure who you are looking for by name, but know which department they are in, you can click on the “Organization Chart by Department
To ask a quick question, or schedule a meeting, the Directory is your go-to resource.
Keep your own information up to date as well, this includes ‘Away’ messages. This ensures that if someone reaches out and you’re away they’ll know who to follow up with and when you’ll be back.
To update your contact information follow these steps:
Open outlook and in the top right corner on your initials and click on them.
Click ‘View Account’

Once redirected you’re going to again look for your initials in the top right corner and click them
Click ‘My Microsoft 365 profile’ ​

You’ll be directed to a new page where you can click on ‘Update Profile’ where you’re able to add a profile picture, and basic contact info. ​
