As Assistant Manager, you’ll maintain front of house operations during our busy shifts (typically Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 8 p.m.). You will support our crew by providing leadership, stellar customer service, and promoting a fun and safe environment.
How You Will Impact Bob’s Burgers
Operate restaurant’s point of sale, seating and ordering systems Ensure crew members are scheduled appropriately based on busy hours Stand and/or move for 6+ hours at a time Maintain restaurant supplies and equipment Develop new employees in customer service, cleaning, and food sales. Pay Range 💵
Starting Salary for this role is $45,000 and up to $60,000
