Updating User Invited to Onboarding Process in Dunsguide

In this section, we will outline the steps for updating the user invited to the onboarding process in Dunsguide. If the user linked to the ticket in is incorrect or needs to be changed, follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition and successful onboarding process.

Steps to Update User:

Find the Ticket in PowerApps: Access and use the search function on the main screen to find the ticket associated with the onboarding process.
Select the Correct Ticket: Once you've located the ticket, select the correct one and navigate to the field labeled "ACL Company ID."
Access Company Profile in ACL: Click on the "ACL Company ID" field, which will open a new tab with the company profile in the ACL.
Enable Dunsguide in Product Permissions: In the company profile, navigate to the "Product Permissions" tab and enable Dunsguide. Click "Save" to confirm the changes.
Add New User to Onboarding Process: Next, navigate to the "User" tab and click "New." Paste the email address of the new user you want to invite to the onboarding process in Dunsguide. Select the group "Dunsguide Admins" and click "Save." An invitation email will be sent to the user to generate their password and complete the onboarding process.
Update Buyer Primary Name and Email: Return to OPS and update the buyer primary name and email to ensure that reminders are sent to the correct person and that product delivery emails are also sent to the new email address.

Important Notes:

This process can be performed by OPS, Product, or Customer Services users as needed.
