Click on the 'Create Account' button.
Check your email inbox for a message from Dunsguide.
Open the email and click on the provided link, which will redirect you to a page where you can create your password. This step takes place on CIAL’s central account management platform (
Fill in your first name, last name, and phone number in the respective fields. Then, create a secure password and click on 'Finish Account Setup'. The password must be 8 characters longs and include 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character (@#$%*&/?+!).
Congratulations! Your account setup is complete. You will be redirected to the Dunsguide homepage and should now be logged in.
