Attending to Submitted Reviews

Note: This process is done through forest admin. If you don't have access, you will need to request it through a Jira ticket.

To attend to the reviews submitted on Dunsguide, follow these steps:

Click on the 'Data' tab.

Open the 'Reviews' collection.

Add a new filter where the status is 'PENDING'.

Click on the review you want to attend to.

In the 'Details' tab, check that the text contains information about the DUNS. A review can be positive or negative. The only reason to reject a review is if the text mentions another company that is not the DUNS name.

Click on 'Edit' and change the status to 'Approved' or 'Rejected'.

That's it! You have successfully attended to a submitted review.
