Attending claim requests

Note: This process is done through ACL Backoffice. If you don't have access, you will need to request it through a Jira ticket.
When you receive a new ticket to review a claim request, you must review the documents submitted by Dunsguide users to validate if the user is indeed a legal representative of the claimed company. Dunsguide already has the logic to request at least one of the recognized documents per market. You will need to verify that the document actually corresponds to the one attached and that it pertains to the selected company. If it does, you will need to approve the request, otherwise, deny it.
Here's how you can attend to these types of tickets:
Log in to ACL.
Navigate to the 'Admin' tab and then to 'Claim Requests'.
You can use the filters to sort the claim list and find the correct one that you need to attend to. Alternatively, open any claim request by clicking 'View Details' and substitute the end of the URL (Claim Request ID) with the 'External Reference' that appears on the ticket and hit 'Enter'.
In the 'File' section, click on the 'Download' button for each file and check that it corresponds to the 'Company' and 'User Information' section.
If everything checks out, approve the request, otherwise, deny it.
That's all! A notification will be automatically sent by email to the user, indicating the resolution of their claim request.
