Adding a User to an Existing Company Account

In this section, we will guide you through the steps to add additional users to an existing company account that already has an admin in the ACL Back Office with Dunsguide product permission enabled. This process allows you to efficiently expand the user base for your business account.

Steps to Add a User:

Log in to ACL Back Office: Visit the ACL Back Office portal and log in using your admin credentials.
Navigate to Administration > Companies: Once logged in, navigate to the "Administration" section, and select "Companies" from the menu.
Search for the Company Account: In the "Companies" section, you can search for the specific company account you want to add a user to using one of the following identifiers:
Subscriber Number
Company Name
DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) Number
Click on Edit: Once you've identified the correct company account, click on it to access its details.
Navigate to the User Tab and Click on Add: Within the company account details, navigate to the "User" tab, typically located in the top menu. Click on the "Add" option.
Enter the User's Email Address: In the "Add User" dialog box, enter the email address of the user you want to invite to the company account. You can invite one or more users at once by separating their email addresses with commas.
Select "Dunsguide Admin" as the Permission Group: In the same dialog box, choose the appropriate permission group for the user you're adding. Select "Dunsguide Admin" to grant them the necessary permissions.
Click on Save: After entering the email address and selecting the permission group, click on the "Save" button.
9. User Invitation Email: The user(s) you've added will receive an invitation email to join the company account. They will need to accept the invitation to gain access.

Important Notes:

Ensure that you have the necessary administrative privileges to add users to the company account in the ACL Back Office.
Users added as "Dunsguide Admin" will have the appropriate permissions to access and manage Dunsguide-related features and resources.
It's crucial to communicate with the user(s) you're inviting, instructing them to check their email for the invitation and follow the steps to join the company account.
By following these steps, you can efficiently add additional users to an existing company account in the ACL Back Office, granting them the necessary permissions to access Dunsguide resources and contribute to your business operations.
