About a Care Card
A Care Card provides information on the efforts creators have taken to nurture the mutual flourishing of all humans and the rest of Nature in the making of their project. While a care label on clothing tells you how to take care of the garment, a Care Card tells you how the creator took care while making it. It is the opposite of a disclaimer.
A Care Card helps participants/users/audiences/players make informed decisions, improves literacy in care design, encourages creator accountability, and, importantly, facilitates social innovation through shared resources and co-learning.

History
I created my first care card for one of my creative projects (I called it a “care testimony”) back in 2018.
Since then, some related approaches include the , , and accessibility databases such as the and . This Card Card service is not meant to replace them but to augment. So, accessibility details, for instance, can be externally linked, alongside other care elements included here. To reiterate, mutual flourishing is one of the design pillars.
