Decided to work with one team more closely and try and build out a feature list from there, and manage a bulk upload on a smaller scale before moving ahead.

We’re already happy with what has been sent, and have already begun uploading suppliers.

Walk-through the upload and give instructions on completion (adding extras that couldn’t be uploaded eg marketing info)

Track 1 - too many errors or questions occurring around certain features, some features missing, bugs or inaccuracies in the upload

Track 2 - too many features missing from SF to support the suppliers that need to be uploaded

Check-in with LC and see how the import was handled, any issues

GO: Both teams are using SF correctly, there have been minimal errors (outside of tolerance) and we’re happy that we have the most essential fields and features added and mapped correctly

Too many errors or inconsistencies with uploaded data, still too many questions from teams and mistakes being made.
