We need a 4,000+ vote strategy” per candidate.

This would include, but is certainly not limited to:
Identifying key constituencies in the district that will comprise the 4K:
New voters (Juniors/Seniors turning/just turned 18)
Young voters (esp. any in post-secondary education who can vote in the district)
Parents
Property owners
Older voters
Building a voter database (using existing voter rolls;
- voter activation network - database; build one manually from existing lists such as social media groups, alumni lists, etc.). Note: Parent UP!KM will have access to voter lists from the RPWC as well as from the membership of their social media pages.
Conducting a pre-election targeted social media campaign around supporting our public schools (focused on KMSD) in advance of the Spring 2023 election (i.e., non-partisan, non-political messages about the importance of KMSD).
Leverage other social media groups across Lake Country.
...
Building a 4K GOTV (get out the vote) campaign:
Public speaking events
Postcards to voters
Voter guides (being very explicit about who to vote for)
Door knocking and canvassing
Signs and placards (incl. signs in rear windows of cars)
...
