Step 1: Introduction and Greeting
Begin the call with a warm and professional greeting.
Introduce yourself and your company or organization.
Thank the candidate for their interest in the Virtual Assistant position.
Step 2: Confirm Candidate's Knowledge
Verify the candidate's knowledge about your company or organization, in this case, "Cherry Assistant."
Ask them about their understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Virtual Assistant.
Step 3: Skills & Experience Assessment
Inquire about the candidate's niche-specific skills relevant to the tasks they would handle as a VA.
Discuss their prior experience in VA, freelance, or digital work.
Evaluate their ability to manage time and tasks efficiently, including any relevant examples.
Assess their ability to handle difficult clients or customers and ask for examples of such experiences.
Step 4: Technical Proficiencies
Discuss the candidate's technical proficiencies:
