Goal: To provide instructions for updating specific cost prices on production purchase orders.

Context: Following this SOP will ensure the POs reflect accurate pricing information before being sent to the vendor.

When to Use: When cost price updates are required on existing production POs.

Instructions:

Open the production purchase order file.

Update the following cost prices:

Style 739: Update to $18

Style 766: Update to $14.5

Style 744: Update to $9

Style 747: Update to $9

Style 749: Update to $8

Style 736: Update to $13

Save changes and confirm updated pricing.

Email Creative Director to verify before sending updated PO to vendor.
