Goal: To provide standardized procedures for evaluating and scheduling interviews with applicants for remote cleaning roles.
Context: Following consistent screening processes allows efficient identification and onboarding of qualified candidates.
When to Use: When sourcing, assessing, and arranging interviews for new online cleaner openings.
Instructions:
Select job board(s) to post openings on
Example platforms: [list]
Draft comprehensive job description
Detail position requirements, duties, compensation etc.
Publish role on chosen job site(s)
Note application submission links/emails
Review incoming cleaner applications against required criteria
Identify qualified candidates to move forward
Record applicant details in tracking spreadsheet [link]
Contact qualified applicants via call, text and/or email
Schedule phone/video screening interview
Send interview confirmation notice and calendar invitations
Optional: Send interview reminder day prior
Prepare customized interview questionnaires
Conduct 30-60 minute comprehensive interviews
Ask role-specific questions from prepared list
Evaluate responses against defined hiring metrics
Advance select candidates to next round of hiring process
