Goal: To provide instructions for adding new products to the company Shopify store.

Context: Following this SOP will ensure new product pages contain accurate, complete information and maintain consistency across the site.

When to Use: When adding new products from an upcoming seasonal collection to the Shopify store.

Instructions:

Log into Shopify admin at [

https://admin.shopify.com/store/omamimini-la⁠

] using provided credentials.

Important: If you require an OTP from Ola, message her before you do the OTP request in Shopify. Make sure you send the OTP request 1 time and wait for Ola’s reply.

Click “Products” and select “Add product.”

For each new product style:

Enter product name using style number from line sheet.

Select appropriate product type, vendor, and collection.

Upload product image(s).

Enter wholesale cost price from line sheet.

Select variant options (size, color) and enter quantity available per variant.

Click “Save” to publish the product.

Review existing product pages for required sections/content. Add relevant details to new product pages.

Email the Creative Director after creating the first new product page for review before publishing additional pages.

Only enter products that are numbered on the line sheet.
