Goal: To provide instructions for following up on a pending UPS claim.
Context: This will help get the necessary information to finalize and resolve the open claim.
When to Use: When there is an pending claim with UPS requiring follow up.
Instructions:
Call UPS at 1-800-430-2055 regarding claim #5042565001A.
Reference account #339YV7.
Inquire about the “official claim request” that is still required to finalize claim per their response.
Obtain information on exactly what documents are needed and where to submit them.
Notify Creative Director on the status and next steps needed to resolve the claim.
