Feedback score
Feedback Score is one of the main reasons we see clients struggle with consistency at all levels. Here's
some things to remember:
Having good, fast customer support is key.
• You can set your average delivery time on your Page Settings to longer, which will delay the speed at which
customer surveys are sent. Find this in Account Quality.

Fast Shipping Times are important
. We recommend using Fulfilment Partners or Shipping Agents with
priority shipping lines.
Feedback Score isn't there to benefit advertisers.
When was the last time you left a positive review for something? The concept of sending customer's feedback
score surveys allows them an easy way to complain which can hinder your performance.
No Feedback Score Pages
Note: As of July 2021, NFS Pages are seemingly no longer working,
We remove the Feedback Score on your page to prevent it from sending out surveys for customer feedback.
This will prevent the page from collecting score and, therefore, ever being disabled.
Feedback Score Restrictions
Poor feedback score will lead to a URL ban, Profile, Business Manager and Ad Account ban.
This will make it very difficult for you to advertise that particular site or offer again, so please avoid getting to
this point, and regularly check your Account Quality.
