Account Structure
Structuring Your Assets
It's very important to structure your assets carefully to ensure you are thoroughly protected from any disabled
profiles or Business Managers.
We recommend following this structure to keep your Pixel, Pages and Business Managers safe
Business Managers
We recommend having 2 Verified Business Managers:
• Advertising BM
• Pixel & Data BM
Your Advertising BM is where we will share your Agency Ad Accounts. You will add profiles here to access
your Agency Ad Accounts and run your campaigns.
Your Pixel & Data BM wIl be used to create your Pixel(s). You will share access to your Pixels over to your
Advertising BM, but the ownership will remain on the Pixel & Data BM.
You will then be able to run ads from your Advertising BM and use the Pixel(s) from your Pixel & Data BM.
However, by not running ads on the Pixel & Data BM, you minimise the risk that this BM will ever go down.
We recommend adding your domains, setting up Event Management and processing all data on your Pixel &
Data BM.
We recommend keeping the Advertising BM exclusively for running ads.
On the Advertising BM, you can link the Pixel that has been shared from your Pixel & Data BM with your
Agency Ad Accounts.
Verified vs Unverified?
Do you need to use Verified BMs?
The short answer is no
However, please note that, in our experience, Verified BMs have much less chance of randomly getting
disabled.
Plus, you may not be able to appeal an Unverified BM in the event that it does get disabled.
Profile & Page Structure
We recommend purchasing Advertising Access Reinstated profiles to advertise with. These are accounts
which have recently been ID checkpointed and then restored.
You will add these profiles as
Employees
to your
Advertising
BM and then give them advertising access to
your Agency Ad Accounts.
On these profiles, you will create the pages you wish to advertise on. Create these pages on the normal
Facebook website, and not inside your BM.
This way, if you do happen to lose a page or profile, you can simply swap to another page or profile by inviting
a new one as an Employee, and removing the disabled one.
Plus, you don't risk bringing down your entire BM by getting a page disabled if you keep it simply on the profile itself.
