Improvement/ Observations

Meetings/ Stand ups - Very casual - pleasant but not time efficient.
Design Stand ups - No longer than 10m — Ideally in Slack to keep each other abreast on what we are working on
Confused at where Engineering and Dev are in there process/roadmap (ask Chris)
Hollie: Solid design instincts and amazing motivation. Needs to work on craftsmanship before touching product. Suggesting
Process Masterclass

to help up foundational design. Looking to help establish better guidelines from new rebrand, color, typography, image usage and use that on marketing emails and landing pages to help get reps up. ​Rachel: We should hire her FT LOL. Good for now, but will need to find a more reliable senior product designer (freelance) to own some of the product delivery, changes and adjustments. (lots to prune)

Zoe: Well organized, hungry for quicker implementation of platform
Alex: Very smart, analytical and ambitious. Good convos
Riley: Focused on banking...looking for better dev process to push quicker ideas (not sure)
Tanner: Smart as a whip. Green but will be a tremendous PM, has the right EIQ.focused on improving the investor (standard customer)
Jacob: Internal Tools (Needs) design + a bit more intuitive UX (may spur ideas for platform) He needs Retool
Kali: All business. Needs Marketplace to come alive and work to help grow insights
Brad: Been here the longest, may need help getting past “No”
Jamin: we talk at Noon — Not sure what he does
