Volunteer roles:

A volunteer might need to cover more than one role during the event:

Event Setup Crew: Set up tables, chairs, decorations, signage, and any necessary equipment before the event starts.

Registration Desk Staff: Manage the registration area, check in attendees, hand out name tags or materials, and provide general information.

Greeters/Ushers: Welcome attendees at the entrance, guide them to the registration area or main event space, and assist with seating arrangements.

Technical Support Staff: Handle audio-visual equipment, assist with presentations, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.

Security and Safety: Ensure the safety of attendees, manage crowd control, and assist in emergencies.

Social Media Coordinators: Update social media platforms in real-time, engage with online audiences, and post event highlights.

Workshop or Session Assistants: Assist speakers or workshop leaders, distribute materials, manage timekeeping, and facilitate Q&A sessions.
