Mindfulness/Mental Health

What are some things you do to practice active mindfulness? If not mindfulness, what are you doing for yourself? For your mental health? What are you good at? What could be improved upon?
Personally, I find my mental health is greatly improved when I am physically active. It doesn’t have to be running a bunch or killing my body at the gym, but going for a walk, riding my bike, or kicking a ball around is really fun. I’m really good at figuring out what I need, and how to go about it... but my kryptonite is having the motivation to follow through.
Drink water and take naps. I also like taking walks in the woods on nice weather days.I feel like I need to have a better sleep schedule overall.
I also love to walk in the woods and I feel good when I clean my room.
