Update Ticket Paramters

In case the department feels that the ticket won’t be resolved with in the stipulated deadline, the department can fill the updated deadline in the ‘Suggested Due Date by Department’. The ticket owner (POC) will get the notification and update the deadline accordingly.

In case the concerned department feels that another department needs to be added for the ticket resolution, the concerned department can selected that department from (Actions→ ‘Add Department’ ) list. POC will get the notification and he/she will add the department.

In case the concerned department feels that a ticket is mistakenly assigned to them and the ticket needs to assigned to another department, they can select the new department from (Actions→ ‘Change Department’ ). POC/Ticket Owner of that ticket will get a notification and he/she will reassign the ticket accordingly.
