You need to inject the cookie:
consumer_cookieTST2
The cookie value will be the JWT without anything appended to the front or back of it.
Try this with Form #3.
Srini says to suggest any alternative authentication mechanisms if needed, but this is the approach that was used for the COVID eligibility form, so it should work here as well.
