What experts did you talk to throughout the season?

We interviewed 4 deliverymen (Fedex, UPS, and USPS) who came to our houses.

We interviewed 4 homeowners (parents of FLL Team).

How did you come up with this idea? Is it inspired by any existing solutions?

We went through a deliberative filtering process to identify what “transport” problems would be worthwhile and interesting for our team to work on. See our “Idea Brainstorming” page for details.

What solutions already exist to solve this problem and why is your solution going to be better?

We searched through how delivery companies such as Amazon, UPS, and Fedex try to keep their deliveries safe. We also searched for products on Amazon and Walmart. We are not aware of any “prior arts” similar to our proposed solution.
