Total Properties: Total number of properties under the management of the company.
Unassigned Properties: Number of properties that do not have an active User assigned to them.
Inactive Properties: Number of properties that do not have a homeowner. Either they have not ever been invited to claim the property page, or they have but the invitation has expired.
Pending Properties: Number of properties that have an open invitation to the homeowner which has not been accepted yet.
Adding a Property
Start by clicking the Add Property button in the upper right of the Properties table.
Provide the property address, the loan amount, the interest rate, the closing date, and the purchase price of the property.
The loan details can be changed by you, your Company Admin, or the Homeowner at any time.

Actions
Menu: Access all actions available for the property.
Edit: Edit the loan details for the property.
Copy: Copy the unique web address for the property to share directly with others.
Delete: Delete the property.
View: View the property web page.
Bulk Actions: When selecting two or more properties, the Actions header will become active and multiple properties can be deleted at the same time.
Property Statuses
Send Invite: By clicking the Send Invite status button, the User or Admin can enter the name and email address of the homeowner to send them a personalize email inviting them to visit their Property Intelligence page
Resend Invite: The Resend Invite status appears when an initial invitation has been sent but an amount of time has passed without the link in the email having been clicked and the page visited by the homeowner. Clicking Resend Invite will allow the User or Admin to modify the name and/or email address before resending.
Active: The page has been viewed by the homeowner/recipient of the invitation email.
Homeowners
View and manage your homeowners.
Menu: Access all actions available for the User.
Delete: Deleting a Homeowner would remove their access to edit their page but will not keep them from viewing the page altogether. Deleting a Homeowner is typically used to reset the invitation process and does not affect the property page information.
Address: Shows the property address the Homeowner is associated with.
Email: The email address used to invite the Homeowner to access their property page. Email addresses currently cannot be edited by the User or Homeowner.
Phone: The Homeowner’s phone number. Not currently utilized by the platform.
Licensing
When a Loan Officer account is created, all currently active state licenses are created automatically and added to the table.
Add New License
Use the Add License button to create a new State License.
Manage Existing Licenses
Use the Menu to Edit, Delete, or Activate/Deactivate any license displayed
