If you’ve submitted a Palisades HELP TICKET, and the issue is more than we can handle in the school, please follow these directions to submit a Cherwell ticket.

Scroll down to Quick Tickets
Complete all fields prompted once issue is identified
If you do not find your need in Quick Tickets, click on Technology Services for the Technology Services catalog.
