Access The Admin App
Only members who have been assigned the role of Manager, Admin or Super Admin can access the admin panel for a referral community. If a user has been assigned one of these roles, the Admin Panel option will appear in the main side navigation menu of the user app (see example below).
'Admin Panel' is not displaying
If the ‘Admin Panel’ option does not appear in your side navigation menu…
Check your role permissions
Have another community member who has admin panel access check to ensure you have the necessary role permissions (Manager, Admin, or Super Admin) to access the admin panel.
Check your community view
Users can belong to multiple referral communities, which may include Boon's public referral community. The community you are currently viewing will be shown in the top-left corner of the screen. .
If you lack the necessary role permissions to access the admin panel of the community you're currently viewing, the admin panel option won’t appear in the navigation menu.
For users with access to Boon’s public referral community: the admin panel will not appear in the navigation menu when you are within the Boon public referral community view.
