Integration With Boon
Overview
To authenticate SmartRecruiters, you will need to provide the following information:
This guide will walk you through finding or creating those credentials within SmartRecruiters.
Instructions
Step 1: Generate your API key
Step 2: Enter your API key in the linking flow
Step 3: Enter your Company ID in the linking flow
Enter your company ID as it appears at the end of your default career site.
To find this, have an administrator go to “Settings/Admin” and click on “Career Pages & Job Ads.” The company ID appears after the / in “https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/”.
Step 4: Add the Boon Custom Candidate Source to SmartRecruiters:
To correctly Attribute the source for candidates coming from Boon, you need to create a custom source for Boon with the type OTHER () If a different type was used then you need to communicate that with Boon’s team during the integration.
The Source type can be changed later on when the integration is live
